All Mainland UK orders should arrive within 5 working days from ordering. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering if the order is placed on a weekday. If the order is placed over a weekend, we aim to dispatch orders on Monday or Tuesday.

Absolutely! currently, our shipping is provided by Royal Mail. So we can ship anywhere in the world that Royal Mail allows. International shipping is a set rate of £18.95.

• After you have received an item, you have 7 calendar days to return it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging & unopened

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. Once we have inspected your return, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If after we have inspected your item your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund after a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
